Grantee: Bitsquid

Funding Amount: 250,000 USDC

Description: Void Protocol's privacy-focused AMM will be deployed on Osmosis and integrated with its AMM. Void utilizes ZK-snarks to anonymize user funds in a completely secure and decentralized manner, meaning there is no storage of information which can link the deposit and withdrawal wallets.

Purpose: Void Protocol will add new, important functionality to the Osmosis AMM which will allow users to swap their tokens anonymously. Void has also committed to airdrop 10% of their total token supply to Osmosis Stakers/LPs as part of this grant.

Execution: The team expects to have the project live in roughly 3-4 months on mainnet.

Payment Structure: 30% upfront / 30% at testnet deployment / 40% at completion of the mainnet deployment. Audit costs will be covered by the OGP, and are included in the funding amount.
